Therapy For Children & Young People

A space to talk, in their own way

Children and young people don’t always find it easy to put things into words.

Sometimes feelings come out in behaviour, withdrawal, anxiety, anger, or changes at home or school. Sometimes it’s obvious something is wrong, and sometimes it’s harder to pin down.

Therapy offers a space where they don’t have to have the right language or explain everything clearly. We work gently, at their pace, in a way that feels manageable and safe for them.

One-to-One Counselling

This is private, confidential counselling for children and young people.

Sessions are adapted depending on age and need, and can include talking, creative work, or simply having space to feel heard without pressure.

Some come because of anxiety, low mood, school pressures, friendships, family changes, or feeling overwhelmed. Others come because something just doesn’t feel right, even if it’s hard to explain.

Confidentiality is handled carefully and explained clearly from the beginning so everyone knows where they stand.
