Therapy For Couples

When things feel harder between you

Couples therapy gives you the space to talk openly about what is happening in your relationship.

Most relationships go through periods where things start to feel strained.

Conversations don’t land the way they used to. The same arguments come up again and again. Or there’s just a growing sense of distance that’s hard to put into words.

Sometimes it feels like you’re stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, even when you both want things to be different.

Couples therapy gives you a place to slow that down and look at it together, with support in the room.

Couples Counselling

This is a confidential space for both of you to speak and be heard.

This isn’t about deciding who is right or wrong.

Most couples already know what the arguments are. What’s harder is understanding what sits underneath them; the things that don’t get said, the patterns that keep repeating, or the moments where you stop really hearing each other.

My role is to slow things down in the room so those patterns become easier to see and speak about. Sometimes that means making space for difficult conversations. Sometimes it means helping you hear each other in a different way.

We work with what is actually happening between you, not just what each of you is bringing individually.

The aim isn’t to take sides or fix things quickly. It’s to help you understand what’s going on between you more clearly, so you can decide what happens next from a steadier place.
