Therapy For Women

When you’ve been holding too much for too long.

Sometimes life feels like it’s asking a lot of you.

You might be holding things together for everyone else, keeping things going, and managing more than anyone really sees. Over time that can start to feel heavy, or like you’ve lost a bit of space for yourself.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women from different backgrounds who have found themselves in very different situations, and also in some surprisingly similar ones. What often comes up is this sense of carrying too much for too long without enough space to think or speak freely about it.

Therapy gives you a place where you don’t have to hold it all together in the same way.

A space to slow things down, talk honestly, and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

One-to-One Counselling

Sometimes what you need most is one person who will actually listen.

Individual counselling is a private space to talk things through without judgement or pressure.

Some people come with something specific they want to focus on. Others come because things feel unclear, stuck, or harder to carry than they used to.

You don’t need to arrive with it all worked out. We start where you are.

From there, we make sense of what’s been happening, what matters to you, and what needs attention.

The aim is simple: a clearer understanding of yourself, and a way forward that feels more steady and more yours.
